Do you guarantee your service?
Yes we do. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact the Laser Repair 911 immediately.
We guarantee printer service and plotter repair services 30 days for same problem recurrence.
What do I need to know before I have an Agent, Advisor or Installer visit my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The Laser Repair 911 professional must receive: full access to the printer(s) and/or other devices(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power in most cases we do not need computer access to test and fix the printer in question.
Can I drop off my printer for repair and do we work on consumer printers?
If you're trying to bring in your printer for service remember that our specialty is providing on site mobile printer service and our prices are listed for that service. Any consumer or home printer normally will not be worth repairing and should be upgraded in most cases refer to your user manual for help on small machines.
